Director, Kamvari Architects
Omid Is currently the Director of Kamvari Architects his own architectural practice which he established in 2011, he has since been the project director for a number of smaller scale residential project in London and has successfully submitted schemes for a 40 storey Mixed use tower in Tehran, A national Library, A school in Greece as well as 120,00sqft residential scheme in Leeds. They have produced designs for a 1.8 Million sqft scheme in Muscat Oman as well as a number of interesting research projects within the region. He is currently working on a 50,000sqft mixed use scheme in Tehran in addition to a unique residential villa and apartment block.
In addition to his work at Kamvari Architects, Omid is the programme Director of the Architectural Association’s Tehran and Baku visiting schools, He previously directed the Course in Oman.
His work has been exhibited and published widely, and in 2007 he co- edited an edition of MA magazine entitled Performance Oriented Design.
